S13 E/DE swap

i have a DE motor out of a 91 240,and i am putting it into my 89. i have everything installed switched the p/steering, but now i have a problem with the wiring. i have both computers and both harnesses. i tried the DE harness with the DE computer but two plug-ins dont match up under the dash. plz help....in Phoenix, AZ if u know a shop.......

yeah your dashboard plug harness wont match up, you need to slice off the plug off the sohc wirring harness and once you have the wires and plugs, you need to solder that same plug you cut and solder it on the dohc wiring harness to match the dashboard plug harness.

the dohc plug has more wires that dont match up to the sohc plug

u only need to match like 5 or 6.

match these:Wire Color Use Yellow / Red stripe Tachometer signal Yellow / Green stripe Speedometer signal Orange Ignition start Black (may be more than one ground) Ground Blue / Green stripe AC signal Blue / Black stripe Water temp signal
