S13 driveshaft spacer....HELP!

Car: 1993 Nissan 240sx - SR20 INSIDE....

i just put in the sr20det and when i took the driveshaft off the ka trans. and the "spacer" black thing between driveshaft and trans. for some reason has streched or something because now it seems my driveshaft is too short now...but not by much...do u think it is just the spacer uncompressed...what should i do is this normal??? thanks!

i have the same thing on mine... it only appears to be too short. you're fine. its just because you had to remove the dust collar from the SR trans which usually covers that
