If by wobble, you mean the clutch disc is distorted or the splines are damaged, 100% get a new clutch, but that w/ the whole "not having a pilot bushing" then raises the question, is the trans even good?
You should have down there:
clutch
pressure plate
throw out bearing
clutch pivot
slave cylinder
clutch fork (as well there's a clip to hold this in place on the bearing)
If this car is new to you, replace all but the clutch fork, but still check it for damage. You don't necessarily have to replace the clutch pivot, but a new one is like $10-20, so why not.
EDIT: This isn't even talking about the possibility that all of that is in place, and working just fine, and it's the Master cylinder that's the damaged component. Or possibly a blockage in the clutch line. Or a blockage in the clutch dampener (located just before the slave cylinder). Or maybe it's just an adjustment in the master cylinder connection to the pedal.
