s13 diff

Well took i took my rear end apart to weld and and when i was putting it back together i could'nt remember how the spacers went, there are 3 of them 2 thin ones and a big one. do the two small one go together on one side and big one on other; or is it the big and small on one side and the other small on the other? thanks.

Consult an FSM to get the proper measurments on how to re shim your diff. If you've forgot the order, it's about all you can do at this point.

Ya i just bought a fsm on ebay a couple days ago, but i kinda wanna put it back together before that, so anybody know?

Hey man I just pulled two diffs apart last week and both were the same. If you are looking into the diff with the cover pulled off; starting on the left side it was big shim, little shim, bearing, diff, bearing, small shim. Make sure you are looking into the diff w/ top side up. Thats how both of these were but make sure to use common sense when putting it together. If it doesn't seem right it probably isn't. FSM for proper measurments like codyace said.
