S13 - Custom Fan Wiring - Dual Mishimoto Fan/Shroud Setup

I've got the Mishimoto KA and dual fan shroud and I am trying to figure out how to wire up relays properly to install. I have 2 wires. Power from the fan (and the ground, which grounds to chassis). Then I have the ECU output FAN1 wire and FAN2 wire, which have been programmed to come on at 190 and 210 now (ls1 ecu). Can someone help me figure out how this is supposed to hook up. I've been told 3 different ways and I'd like to hear from someone who has done this and it works lol. I've got 1/2 of it, just trying to figure out what I am supposed to ground or power or if the ECU send a positive signal or closes a ground or what.

87 - Power wire (fused)
30 - Fan Power
85 - ??
86 - ??
