S13 Coupe Rust

On febuary 18 I bought a 1990 nissan 240sx coupe, for $700. This weekend I was just messin around with. I was deciding if I was going to keep the back seats since there really small. Well I pulled the little tab to lift the bottom part of the seat up and I saw rust underneath them. How can I fix this?

i had rust on the roof of my s13 coupe...fixing it now with bondo, but u sound like u might have more than a quick fix.

I also have a little patch of rust on my roof a little bigger than a quarter.

even worse is rust around the sunroof!

I have rust in the hatch of my s13 that I need to fix. Where the owner before me didn't take car of the car. I was thinking about cleaning the rust off then covering the hatch bottom with that truck bed liner spray. What do you guys think?

rust repair is best left to people who know what they are going, but the rust you guys are seeming to have is not structural so it is fairly easy to fix.

First remove all the rust. Apply a coat of long strand kitty hair filler. Sand to general shape. Apply body filler. Sand smooth. Apply polyester putty. Sand smooth with fine paper. Prime, Paint, CLear.
