S13 coupe no tail lights, blinkers, brake lights

I just purchased my first s13 a week ago. it appears to have a few electrical issues... the tail lights don't work, the speedometer light is out, the Windows don't work, the brake lights are out, the interior lights are out... the digital speedometer is fine and headlights work and that is it. I have unplugged the TCU and the digital Speedo quit working so I imagine it still works. and then I also unplugged the main relay and tested it and it's fine. I'm new to the s13 game so any help would be great

That is strange. Normally I'd say fuses for sure. Are the bulbs themselves present?
Speedo light I could see being burned out, but its pretty rare for ALL the other lights to be out.
Do the reverse lights and license plate lamps work?
