S13 coupe KA24e need help ASAP please

Ok so recently ive been having a serious problem with my car starting again, so say i go to the store and shut my car off, if i try to start it again it acts is though its flooded and then if i let it die with out giving it some gas, i cant get it started again, my motor has 200k on it and runs strong when i bought the car, im really confused why shes throwing me this fit, also if i dont drive her a little bit she runs really rough but if i just drive around the block or so she idles just fine, i would love to know your suggestions as i need this car driveable.

When it wont start, figure out a way to cut the fuel (remove fuse, relay) and see if that makes it start up after turning it over for a while. (cut it off quickly after it starts) That will at the very least tell you if it is fuel related.
