s13 coupe and hatchback interior differences

Probably a stupid question, but here it goes.

what are the differences in the interiors of a coupe from a hatch.

I have a hatch right now but I found a 240 shell, same year, but a coupe, that I want to buy and swap everything over to, being as my body is majorly damaged.

What issues am I going to encounter when swapping things over such as my stereo and dash piece, because I have a custom dash piece made to fit my stereo.

also any info on differences of things in the engine bay, or electrical would be appreciated. i know it's the same engine but i dont know, there might be some different positioning or wiring issues.

Jackass, if your going to buy this coupe just f***ing look inside the car and maybe then you can see these differences. Try the trunk area too, there may be differences in there.

hey, did you ever consider the car is a pretty long car drive away? i'm not going to drive for 3 hours to compare interiors just to find out it wont work, thus losing me a tank of gas and 6 hours of my day, which is why I want to find out here if things are going to work out.

What I do know, has been acquired from searching and reading threads on here and local forums. I try searching first before I make a thread (usually lol). If you can't figure out on your own that the interior is identical from the backseats foreward, you need to open your eyes. It's VERY easy to tell, especially with the plethora of pics here on NICO.

Please don't go around thinking I'm an expert, I'm not. I'm not even close. I just search first and try to post what I've found and acquired. Really, it's not that tough. If I can do it, surely you can without a doubt.

so i've gotten that from the back seats forward is the same.. am i going to have to get a new set up for my box and subs in my trunk or should things work out, in your opinions. i have 2 12's if that helps you visualize what i'm dealing with.

Now, I'll answer this question to the best of my knowledge.

Everything from the doors up is exactly the same except coupes have the hud displays?

Everything behind the doors are all different..Except I THINK the seats.

And for your subs, they should fit in fine, I fit 15" subs in my celica which is half the size of my 240sx..

I dont see what the big kerfluffle is, simple question, simple answer.

Most of everything is the same until you get to the back seats. The plastic moldings for the windows between B and C-pillars are different, as are all the trunk moldings, as are all the casings for speakers. Nothing much will transfer over back there.
