S13 common HUD problem. is there a fix?

Hello,

My '92 240SX HUD isn't working. I've read a lot of forums and all the FAQ's avail. I was wondering if anyone found a fix to this yet?

The tachometer works. And thats about it.

go here http://240sx.org/faq/index.html and on the left side go to dash lights out. also I dont know all of what you read but there is a lot of different things you can try in the 100+ posts on this topic. I have the same problem but I am too lazy to try and fix it.

i've read everything on there. from soldering to buying a new unit, speed sensor, replacing wires... everything! i've search at least 5 forums and still come up with nothing.

no one seems to have one solid answer for this fix. there's just been a handful of people that say they "fixed" this problem, but there wasn't a real concrete answer either.

there has to be a fix for this.
