s13 coil spring replacement

guys, im sorry in advance but im potsing this for a friend.im actually selling my s13 to him after i pick up my zenkin an a week or two, and he actually purchased a set of drop springs for it and wants help putting them on. now i know that drop springs arent the greatest idea, or a good one at all w/o new struts, but offering to help him practically sold the car for me.

My problem is, i know it's a macpherson style suspension and im not sure if its even possible to change them with a coil spring compressor. any help is appreciated on this one guys, cause i wanna get rid of the s13 to make room for my new zenki

you dont need a spring compressor to put on lowered springs. You only need a spring compressor if your putting back oem springs.

sweet, thanks ur the man adrian, but you probably already knew that judging by how ur hatch and vert have turned out in the past, i was a fan.
