Honestly, you can use whatever clutch pedal you feel like using. Since they're all mechanical units, you can take one off a Ford if you really needed to. The only extra work you would have to do when using a clutch pedal and/or master cylinder assembly is make holes in the firewall for it, and find the proper fitting for the clutch fluid line to fit into the master cylinder.
Using an S13 one will obviously make the job easier since there will be notches in the firewall acting as template, telling you were to drill the holes and the hard clutch line will match up to it perfectly (if you did not purchase the stainless steel braided).
