How do you get this thing off??

There is one at a junk yard, and I need this for my rb swap...

How do you take the clutch assembly off?

what all do you need?Master cylinder, from inside the screw loosen the locknut and unthread it from the pedal. Pedal removal should be pretty easy to figure out while your down there. Then 2 bolts from inside the engine bay and the master is out. 10mm open end wrench oughta undo the clutch line from the master, another 10 will seperate the same line from where it hooks up to the dampener setup underneath.(To be honest just buy a full length SS braid line, agency power does one for like $35, this way you can ditch the dampener, and don't have to worry about the clutch hardline)the dampener setup has 2 bolts holding the box on, and a mounting bracket for the line. 10mm to undo the rubber clutch line from the slave, and i think 2 14mm holding the slave to the transmission.

Depending on condition though it may be better just to buy new stuff. SS braid line $35New Master cylinder $25~$30 from advance autoNew Slave $15~$30 from advance autoThen all you need from the junkyard is the pedal.

I am not sure how to get the pedal off..

I took 2 bolts off inside the compartment, but it wont come off, and the engine bay is hard to get at (accident)

There's a bolt at the top of the pedal bracket in the cabin and another two nuts at the master cylinder as well as the pin that connects the master cylinder to the pedal. Pull the clevis pin before attempting to pull out that larger pin.
