s13 clutch master cylinder problem

my clutch pedal has been changing on me recently,its on my s13. i put in a new slave, but it still does it and now it grabs at the very end of the pedal.i mean sitting in nuetral, i only have to push the clutch pedal in one or two inches and it will slide into gear fine and vise versa for when it grabs.someone told me its the master cly.has anyone had this problem? thanks~!

would it be my clutch disk is worn? time to replace?
