I've searched but I can't seem to find whether s13 pedals are an exact fit for the s14 or if it needs some modification. I'm in the process of the at/mt swap and this is the last thing I need but I can't find any pedals for the s14.

Is there a way to make it work? will an s13 master/slave cylinder fit? also, will an s13 transmission crossmember fit an s14? Sorry about all the questions, I figure I'll try and get everything answered in one post. I've got an engine and trans on the way and am kinda freaking out cuz I can't find any of these parts for an s14. I've posted in the classifieds, looked on ebay and called every junkyard in Illinois and haven't found anything

s13 cross member yes.

The pedal stuff. Ok so here's the difference between the brackets. On the s13's if you look at anyone doing their manual transmission conversion, take a look at the firewall on the s13's. There's what looks like a C shaped metal column coming from it. That is where the bracket's studs go through. On the s14's, that column is integrated into the bracket. You can probably go to a hardware store and get a bunch of brass spacers that can do the job. How long you'll need, I'm not too sure of. You can try getting a spacer a couple inches long like 3 or 4 and cut it to fit it, but that can also lead to premature pedal failure too. So my suggestion is order a bracket from somewhere like Midway Parts and be happy with the bracket. Source the actual pedal from a yard, but keep the other parts to it, like the return spring, the other little plastic parts and the nuts and bolts. Sometimes a used bracket isn't the way to go. I took the one from my old SR clip and that one snapped on me while I was on the freeway going off an off ramp. Not exactly the most fun.
