s13 clicking noise in back after parking

After I park my 240 and get out I hear a single loud click or pop noise coming from the back tire, I'm thinking e-brake. It happens once in a while and sometimes it takes a while after I'm out (about 30 seconds occasionaly). Doesn't matter if its parked flat or on a hill. I also have rucas for the camber and toe and new socks and springs. Any ideas?
