Does anyone here have a carbon fiber dash kit on their S13, or know of any place that sells one? Also, are there any RED 'indiglo' gauges for our cars?

Thanks.

Hey- in blink's defense, we have covered this before- the gt-r badge was already there when he bought his car. About the carbon fiber, check ebay, you can find all sorts of crap there, about the red indiglo guages, i would seriously rethink that, it might be cool at first but you will get tired of your entire car glowing red at night.

I already checked ebay for a S13 carbon fiber dash, none there, just fake carbon fiber that goes around the gauge cluster. I also searched this forum. I don't see why blink0r had to make a comment about my post. As for the red guages, I don't want the entire face to glow red, just the numbers and whatnot (reverse indiglo I think it's called?). If you've seen the dash of an RSX Type-S at night you know what I'm talking about. I like things to match, my interior will be mainly black with red accents (parts on my headunit glow red, my seats will be black/red, my carpet will be black, etc).

CF dashes arent rice at all... they serve a purpose. Last time I've picked up a whole dash, the sh!tter was pretty heavy. CF dash would be a nice source of weight reduction.

O yea, Indiglo lights give you 5HP, didnt ya know ;)

He's talking about a dash overlay, not replacing the entire dash.

Dash overlays can be found at http://www.executivecleancar.com

As for the gauges

Yes, you A-hole.

I've covered this 1,000 times before. My car came with the badges, and since i'm paying my way through university i can't currently afford to get them removed.

Also, i may consider "CF dash overlays" to be rice, since they don't serve a purpose. Sure, if you wanna replace your dash entirely go ahead, it's a good investment. Overlays are a waste of money :)

PS: i didn't intend for this to sound rude or offensive.

Good job.

But anyway, I really didn't ask what people's opinions were on carbon fiber dash overlays. I don't like the scratches on my dash, so I'm making it look nicer. You can call it rice if you want, I'm completely re-doing my interior (carpet, dash, seats, etc) to pass time while my motor is getting pulled in favor of a SR20 with b8446 turbo and fuel system.

Blinkor, How are those GTR emblems attached to your car's body? I'm sure you've considered removing them yourself, but how hard could it be? Even if you are paying your way through college, your budget would probably allow some goo-gone for the adhesive residue.

Who are you talking to?; Because if it's me, then that is exactly what i was talking about not wanting to pay $250 for. If you weren't talking to me, then just know that other people have already put that link up a few times in this thread alone.
