Camber plates/bolts will fix the front pretty easy. The rears will require and offset bushing from whiteline (can be purchased from http://www.pdm-racing.com ) or you'll have to get adjustable upper control arms. They'll run you about $300- $400 for a set. The bushings are pretty cheap. If you only need to adjust it once, I'd get the bolts for the front and the bushings for the rear.

Ummn, Ebay. I have Tein HAs with camber plates on the front. On the back you can get the adjustable arms. Their were some JICs on ebay that sold for 200.00 bucks, My freind just bought a set of new project silvia ones for 150.00. Their are all types up there in ebay land.

once you factor in the cost of AGXs and good springs coilovers dont seem that bad. 500 or more for strut/spring setup or 500-600 for coilovers9 (new or used). I bought a set of Tein HRs of ebay for 620.00 with pillow ball mounts, Then as I was strolling threw a junkyard i found a set of Tein HAs on a 240 auto and bought those for 96.00 bucks. I then had the camber plates swapped to the HAs and sold the HRs. Then to top it off I bought some Tein tension rods off ebay for 140.00 shipped. So I only have about 350.00 bucks in my setup, Tein HAs with pillow balls and front tension rods. Keep your eyes out for deals and they will come.....
