s13 bumper lip

Alright guys iv been searching everywhere and i just cant seem to find this lip or one that even looks like it. Can anyone help??

east bear lip i believe

only other one i could think of is a Bings lip.

i really like that lip. but i wouldnt even consider putting a $250 peice of fiberglass 3/4" off the ground...
