Sup guys. I picked up this 90 240sx hatch a week ago that had already had a dual cam swap. The motor had some issues with it so I decided to pull it out and drop in a blacktop sr. I have a few pics of the progress. I pulled the motor out two days ago, got my swap yesterday, and painted the engine bay today.. Ill take more pics tomorrow. Hoping to get the motor in tomorrow.

Thats all for now. Unfortunetly it wont be running tomorrow, im still waiting on the harness to come in. But other then that, it should all be ready to go tomorrow!

oh yeah. I own a silvia so I know all about the sr. I'm in love with them. I'm going to keep my ac as well. I hear if you have the redtop ac bracket and an s13 compressor, then you're good to go. Is that tue?

Got the motor in last night. All thats left to do is wire it up and install the radiator, fmic and intake.... Fill fluids and go!! Hopefully it all goes smooth! I got the ka compressor to work and it fits just fine. It does look to be off just a little, but it looks like if I cut a rib off of the belt it should be perfect. I took a couple pics this morning when I woke up. Ill get some more as I make more progress.

I got the motor swapped in, everything is hoked up and ready to go. But I have an issue... I'm getting no fuel or spark. It's turning over fine, just not starting. I'm getting power from the ecu, cas is good, motor is grounded, harness is grounded.. All fuses are good. So I'm lost at this point. Any suggestions?

Same issue with mine right now. I've checked all my fuses ice checked everything. But still no fuel no spark. Ice replaced the ecu. Only thing else that I think t could be is the igniter... Have you checked yours?

I sure did. I know I'm getting spark and fuel. I still haven't figured out my issues yet. I've been working 14 hour shifts... So I really haven't had the time.

nice build you got going...i get to start mine in about 6 weeks when I get my parts car picked up. Sorry you can't get it to start right off, you sure it's not the ignition?
