s13 blacktop wont turn off

got home today and went to turn my car off and it kept runnin! the radio turned off, but not the car, all the dash lights stayed on, brake, door, seatbelt. so i had to stall it out for it to die... i went to restart it and i guess something shorted and poped the EGI fuse, i replaced it and it starts right up and runs fine but stilll wont shut off. ive never really had any other problem with my car related to anything like this. is it my lock cylinder? cause im not blowin anymore fuses and ill wiggle wires around and nothing seems to catch the same short.. where do i start?! any input would help!! thanks

i just swapped out computers and its actually working properly. shuts off just like it should. but does this mean that im could fry my second computer too if i leave it in?
