S13 Blacktop to S14 Auto Chassis - ABS Question

Hello,

I've been running a lot of searches on the forum and I think that I have all the information needed for the swap. I'm posting this thread because I would like to be sure, so please chime in if I missed anything. My goal is to have everything from the S13 moved to the S14 in a weekend.

1992 240SX w/S13 SR20DET Blacktop Manual Transmission Non-ABS
Installed: GReddy VSPL FMIC, GReddy Downpipe, Koyo R-Series Radiator, Koyo Radiator hoses, 3" Apexi Hybid Megaphone Exhaust, Custom Taylor Durden Engine & Transmission harness, Aluminum Subframe Bushings

Destination:
1997 240SX w/S14 KA24DE ABS & VLSD Automatic Transmission
All stock

Parts acquired for the S13 MT to S14 Auto swap:
S14 OEM Brake and Clutch pedal hardware
S14 OEM Master and Slave Clutch Cylinder
S14-S13 52" Agency Power Auto to Manual Clutch Line
S14 Front Portion of MT Driveshaft
S14 Manual Shift Bezel

Questions:
1. Is the S14 ABS harness totally separate or will it need to be modified?
2. From what I've researched, I can transfer all of the S13 mods mentioned above (with the exception of the exhaust) to the S14. Is this correct?
