s13 blacktop AEM a/f ratio idle lean problem

just put the AEM a/f to work and its reading super lean no number at all when idle and idle is at 800rpm in open throttle its at 10 i put the o2 where a test pipe will be after the down pipe idk why is lean on idle i also changed the spark plug no more then a month ago just wanted to know if you guys have had this problem before and what it might be

upgrades are big front mount, greddy down pipe, 3in exhaust, stock t25 and stock turbo and intake manifold boost is at 10psi, 225 fuel pump, lightweight pulleys freddy bov no leaks and vac is 20 s15 6speed stock fuel pressure regulator
