S13 and Surr13???

Just wondering if anybody with a s13 has had someone wonder if you were talking about a mexican gang? My psn is NismoS13Kings, and i had some guy message me in spanish talking about his "barrio" and such lol. I live in Tucson AZ so theres alot of "cholos" and wannabes here.. the guy on psn turned out to be a 15 year old kid with big dreams.. just wondering if anybody else has had a similar expirience or has had someone go "s13? you mean the mexican gang?" lol, S13 and Surr13(s13), next were all going to get shot for mentioning our cars lol.

I only refer to a 240 as an "S13" if I'm trying to differentiate between S12/13/14/15.

Other than that, I just call them by their name; 240sx.

makes sense. i only refer to it as an s13 if i'm talking to another 240 owner. but even then i'll normally say hatch or coupe, i don't talk to people with s14s lol

lol. my coupe is an ms13. can't mention that, but the s13 does get a lil attention here. can't walk around w/ s13 on a shirt for fear of getting harassed by gangsters, drug runners and across the border gangs. i still <3 my s13.

i live in a town of about 2 or 3 thousand people, about halfway between las cruces and albuquerque, and the whole town is tagged up with that f*** sur13 and surreno s***, its rather rediculus. I dare say that they are just wannabes here, bc there are only 2 true "baller gangsters" here
