Bad idea, bro. Larger calipers in front require a larger amount of hydraulic fluid to properly compress them . I've got an s13 that I installed 30mm z32 calipers and rotors onto, and with the stock M/C, the brake pedal is an on/off switch. Very spongy about halfway down, and with any more than medium pedal pressure, you lock your brakes up.
Go with the 1 1/16" M/C, or at the very least, the 15/16" Nabco cylinder. Bolts onto your stock brake booster and with a tiny bit of modification to the way the lines are routed and installed into the cylinder, you'll be VERY happy you did.
