S13 and S14 Suspension Compatibility?

Will the shocks/struts from an s13 fit on an s14? I know the backs dont they are way longer but what about the fronts. they look about the same. If they do fit is there any downsides to using them? I've got some lowering springs and struts sitting around and if i can slap them on my s14 that would be great. I did try a search but it gave no help. Any info would be greatly appreaciated.

From what I remember, they are dimensionally the same except for the holes for the lower bolts. You should be able to drill out the smaller hole and use bolts from the car with the bigger bolts.

Nah, the S13 stuff is shorter.

like 5in in the rear and prolly 3in in the front.

ok i have GAB aftermarket adj gas shocks... I have an s13.. if i bought an S14 would they fit? yes/no? who is right?

Im no suspension expert myself so dont know if stock struts and coilovers make a difference but a buddy of mine made some D2 Coilovers that were given to him that were for an s13 fit his s14. Everyone told him that you wouldnt be able to and well......... guess all those people were wrong. if youd like to know how he did it ill ask him next time i see him. Probably tomorrow.

ok... it's just that I have so many aftermarket parts for my S13... full rsr exhaust and good GAB suspension... I was thinking about getting a 14 so if that stuff swaps over that's great. thanks for the info.. lmk when u know more
