S13 and S14 KA24DE Oil Pan Question

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Hey Guys,

Prepping some of the stuff for my KA24DET and I was wondering if there is a differince in the oil pans from 89-94 and 95-96? Need to know so that I can tap into my spare S13 oil pan for the oil return and save some time when it comes time to putting it on the car. Thanks for any help in advance.

I would think so since they look similar, but I would just ask a dealer to compare the part#'s for you. If they are the same, then they shoud be interchangable.

Hey thanks guys, they are the same so I went ahead and dropped the pan and am going to clean it later tonight. I also dropped off my RevHard manifold at the shot so that they could separate the runners.
