S13 and S14 FSM help

I did a search and found a few threads about the FSM for the s13. Nobody has one translated into english. The threads say that the s14 is basically the same with some minor differences. I am rebuilding an SR20DET and need the torque specs and such. I just want to make sure that when I rebuild it it is done correctly. I can't afford to pay someone to do it for me so I will tackle the job myself. I just want to make sure that the s14 engine rebuild specs are the same before I purchase an fsm.
