I've searched all over and can not find any info on this other than the fact that it will require lots of wiring. I've seen posts where people say "its been posted...search for it" so I must have bad searching skills.....

I currently have the standard HUD set up (digital gauge cluster w/ dash HUD). I want to swap the digital cluster with an analog one while keeping a functional dashboard HUD. Can anyone give me some info on this or point me to a place that can. Thanks!

I'm not sure if there is a write up on it but that's pretty much the only way to do it, or do some trial and error yourself because in the fsm wiring it shows you that it can be easily spliced into the analog harness but it doesn't give wire colors.

yeh, if i had wire colors it wouldn't be so bad...but seeing as there are no colors i dont even know where to begin. im sure someone has done this before...hopefully someone can shed some light on this subject.

What exactly goes to the digitial HUD? At most I'm assuming at most would be 4 wires. The yellow/green is your speed signal wire (it has been for the almost every Nissan made between 88-98) if you need to splice that into both the analog gauge and HUD.

Do the analog and digital cluster share the same sub harness plug? If they do, its a just a matter of repinning them, and adding or removing a couple at most.

No, this comes out of the cluster and doesn't share any common colors.
