1993 Nissan 240SX HatchKA24DE, 5spdKYB Struts

I recently did the 5 lug and z32 brake swap on my s13.

S14 FLCAs/spindles/hubsZ32 Front and rear calipers/rotorsZ32 Rear hubs

I also acquired a set of wheels from a buddies totaled '05 350z. Theyre the 18" touring wheels.

When the install was complete, i noticed i had some alignment issues. The front wheels were extremely toed out and the camber was a bit out of whack.

I took it to a local shop to get aligned and they wanted to charge me $180 for camber bolts, so i figured i'd do a bit more research to see exactly what needs to be done.

FL Camber was -.1FR Camber was -.4

Toe and caster were out of specs as well, but i dont have numbers to give you.

Does anyone have any input as to what i need to get to get all the alignment specs within tolerance?

I dont have any specific numbers in mind, but something pretty aggressive, the 240 is my play toy and not my daily driver so i dont mind if the tires last or not. The car will be used for spirited driving and some drifting here or there.

get some camber plates. tein's are like $160. as for the toe in the front, your tie rods should take care of that.

$160 is a bit out of my price range at the moment. Do you think camber bolts will suffice for the time being? To my knowledge they'll give me 1.75* (+ or -) Also, how do they adjust the caster?

You adjust caster with adjustable tension rods. If i'm not mistaken the stock setting is 6*?

For reference, these are my setting's on my autoX s13

Fr Camber -2*Rr Camber -2.5*Caster = factoryFr Toe 1/16th"Rr Toe 0

These were just trial settings to see what happens, it worked out fairly well so far but when it comes time to change, I will probably run something like this:

Camber -2.5* F -1.75RCaster 7*Toe 1/16th" F 0 R

I went and got the car aligned and this is what they came up with:

FL Camber -2.5 Caster 5.7 Toe .04 FR 2.5 5.1 .04

RL Camber -.8 Toe .15

RR -1 .16

With that said, i know ill need aftermarket support to get the numbers within my personal specs.

I've encountered another problem though. When i turn the wheel completely left or right, the bottom spring seat on the strut hits the top edge of my tire. Does anyone have any experience with this problem? I can take pics if need be.
