if you're doing it yourself and don't know how alarms are hooked up then have a professional do it for you. with the system you get it will give you a wiring diagram itself. you then need to know what needs hooked up, and match it to the wiring diagram for the car. and there is a whole thread of FSMs that show you the wiring of the car so look for it. again if you have no understanding of the alarm and how it works or any electrical skills, please seek a professional to do it.
