S13 aero bumper. Too damaged to fix?

There's a guy 2 hours away from me, selling this bumper for pretty cheap. But it's pretty messed up. I've been brainstorming on how I could fix it. Any ideas? Should I get it?

This bumper could be repaired, but is it worth it? You will need to do a two sided repair with a large patch panel. You should check out the adhesives that 3m/duramix makes that is what I use.

i take the he has the missing piece but the time to fix that you'd better off buying one thats in an ok condition. trust me i've done it. the material is gonna be expensive. you need a plastic welder, then you need to fill it with a two part adhesive and so on and so on. if you don't know what you doin then its going to be expensive to pay someone. plastic is very hard to work on.
