At first, that's what i thought as well, but I learned the hard way that the ABS/Vert cars had bigger pads as well and caliper/caliper brackets that accommodate a larger rotor. But I was wondering if there is anything more that ill need to bolt the ABS hardware on. This one dude said i need the front spindles which "move the caliper out a bit" but wouldnt that be the case with the caliper bracket?

All you need is the caliper/bracket and rotor. The knuckles have the same dimensions. The only other difference is inconsequential to the brakes. The hub has the ABS ring and the knuckle has a mounting point for the sensor.
I have a set of ABS uprights sitting on my parts shelf if you'd like measurements on anything.
