S13 5lug swap and caliper upgrade HELP!

Ok I have an s13, I also have 2005 350z calipers and rotors which I am having a head scratcher on. I am working on the rear and the calipers dont line up. Has anyone had this issue? I want to know what others have done? I have not read about any of this in any swap threads. Please help and if you have pics that would be great. Would I have to swap knuckles or something?

Also what has anyone done with the ebrake cable as well? The cable does not go on to the caliper any way around this?

I think people are using the ebrake cables from 300zx, could be wrong. But for the rears I believe I read a bracket has to be made like when doing the STI/EVO brake swap.

the calipers I have dont line up with the holes on the knuckles. I know alot of people have used these I just dont know what else to do to make these work and dont want to get others unless I have to. But would like to hear from anybody that has used this or read about it, but thanks.
