s13.5 should i buy an s15 front clip

i have been debating for a while now what to do with my 90 240sx and i have came across a few good ideas. if i was to do an s13.5 conversion should i get a s15 front clip just swap the engine in at the same time. also i was wondering of the s15 dashboard would fit on an s13 since i was thinking about doing a rhd conversion as well. how much work is involved in this. can this be done on a $10k budget?

If your gonna buy a clip then just find a local body shop that will jig and weld the new clip to your frame. No the dash won't fit because they are wider.
