so im working on getting plans into motion and parts installed on my 240, when i came across this little delima. may sound like a stupid question, but here goes. will i be able to mount my isis rad for my s13 ka24de back on after i do my s13.5 front end? the core support is from an s15 so i didnt know if it would still mount correctly.

thanks guys

Whether or not your radiator will bolt back up is the least of your worries if you are doing a front end conversion. I'm pretty sure the mounting points are the same, but if not it's nothing a little fabrication can't fix. After doing the swap you'll be fairly well versed in fabrication.

Worst case scenario, you just have to fab up some new brakets.

I didn't use the s15 core support so I'm not 100% sure on the differences, but I doubt it would be much work to mount your s13 radiator.

If you use a S15 core with mated S13/S14 tension rod brackets then you need a S14 radiator

S13 tension rod brackets dont line up to the holes on the S14/S15 core. S14 tension rods dont bolt up to the s13 frame rail. So get a pair of both, cut in half, using the S13 rear section, S14 front section, weld and plate.
