S13 240sx stalks

The wiper stalk is pretty faded and I was wondering if I can just remove it and paint it?

Yea, but how do you plan on keeping the markings and symbols?

Masking them probably or I can stencil them back on.

Oh wow...mine are horrifically faded. This might be the thing I need so long as they can restore the black finish.
