S13 1990: strut eccentric bolt

I'm trying to remove the stock driver's side strut on an S13. I've done this with no issues on my S13, and i had no problems with the passenger side of this one, but on the driver's side the top bolt (eccentric bolt) holding the strut to the knuckle will not come out.

I've got the nut off and the lower bolt off, but i cannot for the life of me get the top bolt to slide out. I've hit it up with PB Blaster several times, hit the bolt on the end it with a 3lb hammer. normally i screw then out but that doesn't work with the eccentric bolt due to the bracket keeping it from rotating. With significant force, i can rotate the bolt a slight bit (the amount allowable by the bracket), but just cannot get it to slide out.

Any one else had this issue? Any suggestions?

Never mind, i finally got it off by forcing it to rotate (17mm breaker bar) and prying outwards with an old flat head screwdriver at the same time. Oh.... and more PB Blaster.
