S13/14 5spd conversion parts question

Hey, this topic has probably been done to death in the past but I couldn't find anything. Alright I might be picking up a totaled S14 SE cheap for parts for the 5 lug, LSD, and a motor to build up then part out what's left. I want to 5spd swap my S13 soon and my question is; are the S13 and 14 clutch assemblies and cylinders the same or similar enough to work with each other? I know that the S14 driveshaft is too long and wouldn't work so I'll need a different one, but I could not find anything about the clutch assemblies.

So will they work? or am I going to have to keep looking?
