S1 S2 ECU question

My S13 just got an RB25DET and it barely runs. I think I've got it narrowed to the ECU, due to the fact that it's cracked, burnt, and appears to be the wrong one. It's that last part I have a question about.

My ECU is labeled:

CC
23710 21U60
MEC-R620 A2 5524

Google has told me that it's from a S1 R33 from 94. Can anyone verify this? Cos I have a S2 R33 RB, so I kinda need an S2 ECU, and I wanna make sure I get the right thing. So is that an S1 ecu that I have now, and how would I identify an S2 ecu?

Yup! I just wanted to make sure I didn't accidentally buy a S1 to replace the S1 by mistake. Luckily, I found the chart below!
And confirmed that I did have an S1. Also found a local-ish guy with a working S2 ecu that I'll be picking up tomorrow
