Been searching and reading for two weeks, especially the Aussie sites.
I've been looking into my wiring of a Z32 Maf and Ive found a subtle difference between S1 and S2 wiring.
Apparently the S1 has 4 wires to the MAF and S2 has 3. Now I have an S1 but there are only 3 wires. The colors do not corespond either. So wierd. The wire colors are orange green and white on the RB side. A shop I had do a wire tuck for me wired it with the two grounds on the Z side together and grounded to the chassis (which I've read causes interfereance).
I bought this motor with a Q45 MAF on it so I was never able to see the stock harness.
I posted earlier about having to run a q45 setting (2in 1out) on my SAFC instead of a Z32 setting (2in 4out) and Im pretty sure this is it. Any insight?
