Currently driving 2012 Altima 2.5S rental sedan while my 2010 2.5SL (loaded) is in for (minor) collision repair. Both at 20k+ miles on odo's. Same basic car but what a different driving experience. Both are very quiet & smooth-riding by any standard. BUT around same curves my 2.5SL takes with ease the 2.5S triggers its stability control as those little 16" tires start to loose grip. Admittedly different tire types (better 17" Michelin Primacy MXV4 vs 16" Conti ProContact), but still very notable. The upgraded Bose stereo in my SL is sweet while the stock radio in the S is low-budget sound. And SL's leather is SOOO much nicer than the velour on the S. Really makes me glad I sprang for the SL package on my ride. Turns the Altima from decent daily driver into near-luxury ride.

Peace to all this Holiday Season.

I love my SE... just the bluetooth alone is worth it!
