I was reading a couple of things and Noticed that the actual S-Tune has its own set parts. I guess the question is, if I added S-Tune parts (Nismo CAI, Nismo Exhaust, Nismo Suspension, Body Kit, Floor Matts) could I still badge the car and call it an S-Tune? Or is the S-Tune all about just stricktly being made by nissan to come out like that? Any advice would help. Although I am not interested in the Wing from the kit, nor the graphics. Thanks

As far as making it look sweet, perform good and throwing some badges/decals on it, there is nothing wrong with that. But don't advertise it as a NISMO -or- s-tune when ever you try to sell it or anything. Call it an enthusiast with nismo/s-tune upgrades. I think there is nothing wrong with what my view of your idea is. I say go for it, and yeah i don't like that huge wing either. I have a nismo decal under the hood of my car and mines not nismo... i don't see the big deal... if i had a nismo i would have done the upgrades i have done anyway, so then it wouldn't be nismo anymore by some peoples terms.... I think mine will smoke the nismo.
