S.O.H.C. alternator harness caught on fire anyone know what may of triggered it

Well i woke up this morning to start my 240sx and turned the defroster on smell a electrical burnin smell pop the hood and the the wires from the harness are on fire. the engine was dry cause i keep the engine clean and fixed all the leaks besides the valve cover which is leaking through the front and oil takes a while to burn.

so. if u know anything please let me know
