Hi,
I have a 2005 Murano SE with tip-tronic drive. I absolutely hate the drive of my car when it is in 'D' gear - its response is just too slow in stop and go traffic or even on open road. I tried to use the tip-tronic shift to compensate for this but the results, though better than in D gear, is not altogether pleasing to me. I drove my friends SL model today and I absolutely LOVE the S-Drive mode (which I don't have on my SE model).
Please, is there a way I can get an S-Drive mode on my SE model? Perhaps using a chip or something? I don't mind if it means I won't have the tip-tronic drive anylonger.
I bought the SE model because it is supposed to be the sports version. Quite frankly, I think that was a mistake because the SL gives a much better drive in 'S' gear.
