S.C.V. and E.G.R. solenoids...

Hey, I noticed last night that my scv and egr solenoids are not plugged into anything, they're just hanging out back between the back of my head and my firewall. I've looked everywhere for somewhere to connect them, but I haven't found anything... I'd like to know where they typically plug in. Any suggestions? Thanks
