Recently finished my RB25DET swap. A friend of mine has a S-AFC II (looking at it now) which he said he'd sell me.Now my question is... Is this unit worth buying from him for about 180.00?Does anyone here have any experience with this unit? What are the gains? Are they too mild to be mentionable? Or does this unit work well with our set-ups? Sorry if there is anything out here about this already.

Not worth it for RB25. Stock ecu pulls fuel and timing when it sees too much load. The S-afc isn't going to help much.

Excellent. That coupled with the small amount of research I just did, considering that if installed incorrectly and leaned out too much could potentially blow the engine pushed me towards the not buying it option. Good stuff. But I didn't know that about the RB25 ECU. Thanks.
