You'll be fine installing it now, just another thing you can get out of the way before turbo install.
In the worse case you can do what I did & just install the safc first, and leave the settings alone (after initial setup of course). Won't affect anything.
Then once you put in the 370's, you can adjust to that (something along the lines of -27 accross the board but maybe a little less neg for wot). Should get you around stock again, but w/ more timing advance (for better or worse).
Then if you feel really crazy, and since it's gonna be a year, you can hit the dyno & adjust accordingly & learn how to tune in prep again for the turbo setup.
Take your time, rushing & installing everything at once is just a huge headache... I've done that way too many times, hahahaha. Taking my time on my turbo kit - about a year now, geez I should install this mofo soon.

O yea, you get all these nifty graphs & #'s too - ppl always ask "what's that for"... just remember if a cop asks you if it modifies emissions, you say "no officer, it just displays my battery voltage and rpms and such, no modifying here."
