For the OBDI Altima, Look at Diagram N-1 on the following link (page 4):

http://www.apexi-usa.com/produ...e.pdf

For the OBDII Altima, look at Diagram N-3b on the following link (page 33):

http://www.apexi-usa.com/produ...g.pdf

Both use HW5 MAF sensor signals.

edit: These links are backwards

I think you have them reversed. the first link shows the OBDII ecu. and the second link, that should show the OBDI setup, isnt working for me. and the instruction book, I got, doesnt give any specific detail about ANY KA24DE setup. So, Im not sure which wires to splice into

Sorry about that, you are right, I do have the links backwards.

But anyway, it should be diagram (N-3b). If you look on that link (the 4 page one), look at Nissan in the chart. It shows the S13 with the KA24E and KA24DE both as diagram N-3b. Because the Altima uses the same engine, the ECU pinout *SHOULD* be the same. The S14 with the KA24DE is listed as diagram N-1 (from the USA suplement), just as the U13 with the KA24DE is.

Make sure you have the correct wires off of the SAFC connected. I think there are two grounds (brown and black?) and they must be connected in a certain order. Also, make sure your MAF signal is hooked up correctly. Is the SAFC even coming on? If not, then your power wire is not hooked up correctly. Find out which SAFC readings are messed up, then double check the diagram.

Not sure, check out your hi throttle percentage setting. I suppose if it was set at either 0 or 100% then it would omit either hi or lo settings.

i figured it out. I guess i must have at some point pressed and held the toggle button to the right too long, and that set it to an Omit mode. when i did that again, i was able to adjust. Now, its time to hit the dyno next week

Are you installing this on your 2007 3.5 or a different Altima?
