S-AFC II for KA24DE????

Hello, guys!

Just got S-AFC II and it has no model specific wiring diagram for KA24DE. I know that this unit is universal. Should I just take a wiring diagram from my car's repair manual, and splice into ECU harness. Wanted to ask if all of the S-AFC II are like this or it's just mine before I'll start!!!Thanks!

Just make sure you use the correct ECU wiring diagram and it is pretty straight forward. I haven't done the SAFCII yet, but it can't be that different from the Gen I and the HKS AFR.

How far are you from NismoFreaks place? He could probably help you out.

The wiring diagram is freaky though, it goes till '93, then from 95-98, and there is a separate one for 94. My car is 95, that what it's said in the title, then on the sticker on my door it says 94. What a hell ...... .According to NF profile he is in Austin that's about 2 hours from where I live, and I would love to do it myself.

Is your car OBDI or OBDII? Early 95's were OBDI...Although other then emissions and diagnostics the ecu is wired the same IIRC.

The car was assembled on 03/94. So it's OBD I. Someone have done that I'm absolutely sure. By the way was there a model specific wiring diagram for KA24DE in S-AFC (older model) manual?

The link isn't working, but you just need to go the apexi home page, look under documentation, go to safc II U.S. update. You'll find the wiring diagram for the ka24de.

It shouldn't make a difference because the ecu plug itself doesn't change between safc I and II. Just make sure you match up the wires listed in the safc II to the pinouts listed in usa n-1 update. Should work fine.

I also used the 95 pinout guide I found on http://www.240sx.org just to double check.
